A circular has been sent to insurance companies asking for providing the Emirates Insurance Association with the problems they are facing as a result of reports made by SAAED for traffic Systems Company. Insurance companies are advised to authenticate such problems with supporting documents in order to substantiate the Association's position when it steps in to resolve such a problem during the (monthly) periodical meetings to be held with SAAED Company in this respect. Such actions demanded by the Association are initiated by the lack of clarity of reports issued by SAAED with regard to accidents, as in many of these reports, it is mentioned that the (causer of accident are the place of accident is not known, or the report is preliminary, or there is no sketch for acc ident is not known etc…) such un affirmed reports provided by SAAD confirmed the existence of default responsibility, which had driven the board of directors to refer a copy of these reports to SAAED Company.
